François Louisin
Editorial Director of the “European Space Directory” and “European Security Directory” publications, Managing Director / founder of ESD Partners, he has 29 year experience in strategy and management consulting (Braxton - Deloitte Consulting, A.T. Kearney …) in the Aerospace & Defence / Security and High Tech sectors. François is accredited as an expert in industrial policy with the European Commission, the European Space Agency, the European Defence Agency, the French Commissariat Général du Plan, and has managed various consulting projects for the EC, ESA, EDA, CNES as well as for major industrial players.
François graduated from ENSAE (M.Sc. in Statistics and Economics - "Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Economique" of the French National Statistics Institute, INSEE), from ESSEC (MBA - Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales, Paris), and holds a masters' degree in applied economics from Paris IX Dauphine University.
